These terms describe access to Konveri's current product and services.
The service
Konveri provides software for turning submitted fitness activity statistics into branded, shareable recap stories. The sandbox is for evaluation. A workspace trial includes 10 live evaluation recap credits during its 14-day trial period, subject to the product's current availability and plan controls.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your workspace, credentials, the activity data you submit, your branding, and the way you share generated recaps. Submit only data you are permitted to use, avoid unnecessary direct identifiers, and do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
Plans and billing
Paid access, usage limits, and billing are governed by the plan and checkout terms presented when you purchase. Billing is handled through the applicable payment or platform flow. We may update product features or plans with appropriate notice where required.
Hosted recaps and support
Sandbox hosted recap links are intended to be available for 30 days and API hosted recap links for 90 days. For support, privacy requests, or a prospective DPA discussion, use support. See the Privacy notice for the current product-facing description of data handling.
